«حکم» یک بازی ورق آفلاین است. برای بازی‌کردن هیچ حسابی نمی‌سازید، هیچ شماره یا ایمیلی نمی‌دهید و هیچ‌چیزی از شما خواسته نمی‌شود. آنچه در این صفحه می‌خوانید کوتاه است، چون کاری که برنامه با داده‌ها می‌کند کوتاه است.
این‌ها فقط در حافظه‌ی خودِ برنامه روی گوشی ذخیره می‌شوند، برای ما فرستاده نمی‌شوند و با حذفِ برنامه پاک می‌شوند:

این داده‌ها را هر سرویس طبق سیاستِ خودش پردازش می‌کند (سیاست حریم خصوصی گوگل). ما به هیچ داده‌ای که بتواند شما را شناسایی کند دسترسی نداریم و هیچ داده‌ای را به کسی نمی‌فروشیم و با کسی به اشتراک نمی‌گذاریم.
برنامه مجوز ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION را اعلام می‌کند و این معمولاً نگران‌کننده به
نظر می‌رسد، پس صریح می‌گوییم: هیچ موقعیت مکانی‌ای خوانده، ذخیره یا ارسال
نمی‌شود. این مجوز فقط تا اندروید ۱۱ اعلام شده (maxSdkVersion=30) و
تنها دلیلش این است که خودِ اندروید در آن نسخه‌ها نتیجه‌ی اسکنِ بلوتوث را پشت این مجوز گذاشته
بود. در اندروید ۱۲ و بالاتر، مجوز اسکن با پرچم neverForLocation اعلام شده، یعنی
اندروید تضمین می‌کند از آن برای مکان‌یابی استفاده نمی‌شود.
در بازی گروهی، گوشی‌ها مستقیم با بلوتوث به هم وصل می‌شوند. آنچه رد و بدل می‌شود فقط نامِ انتخابیِ بازیکن‌ها و حرکت‌های بازی است، و فقط بین همان گوشی‌هایی که سرِ میزند. هیچ سروری در کار نیست و هیچ‌چیز از این بازی برای ما یا هیچ‌کس دیگری فرستاده نمی‌شود.
این بازی برای همه‌ی سنین مناسب است ولی مخاطبِ هدفش کودکان نیست و عمداً هیچ اطلاعاتی از هیچ کاربری — از جمله کودکان — جمع‌آوری نمی‌کند.
بازی کامل و رایگان است. نسخه‌ی گوگل‌پلی هیچ خریدی ندارد. در نسخه‌ی کافه‌بازار و مایکت تنها خریدِ برنامه اختیاری است: «حذف تبلیغ». پرداخت را خودِ فروشگاه انجام می‌دهد و ما هیچ اطلاعات بانکی یا حسابی از شما نمی‌بینیم؛ برنامه فقط می‌داند که این خرید انجام شده است. اشتراکی در کار نیست.
چون چیزی به نام شما نزد ما نیست، چیزی هم برای پس‌گرفتن یا حذف‌کردن وجود ندارد: با حذف برنامه، هر چیزی که روی گوشی ذخیره شده بود پاک می‌شود. برای شناسه‌ی تبلیغاتی هم تنظیماتِ خودِ اندروید در اختیار شماست.

Hokm is an offline card game. You never create an account, and the app never asks for your name, phone number or email.
Kept only in the app's own storage, never sent to us, and deleted when you uninstall: the display name you choose, your records (wins, rounds, kowts, daily streak, badges), your settings (language, sound, card set, card back, table felt, game speed, partner and rival difficulty), any game you left unfinished, and, in the Cafe Bazaar and Myket builds, whether you bought "remove ads".
Each service processes this under its own policy (see the Google Privacy Policy). We have no access to anything that identifies you, and we sell and share nothing.
The app declares ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, and that looks alarming, so plainly: no
location is ever read, stored or transmitted. The permission is capped at Android 11
(maxSdkVersion=30) and exists only because those Android versions put Bluetooth
scan results behind it. On Android 12 and later the scan permission is declared
neverForLocation.
Phones connect directly over Bluetooth. Only the chosen display names and the moves of the game pass between the phones at that table. There is no server, and nothing from those games reaches us or anyone else.
The game suits all ages but is not directed at children, and it deliberately collects no personal information from anyone. The game is complete and free. The Google Play build has no purchases; the Cafe Bazaar and Myket builds have one optional purchase, "remove ads", paid through the store itself, so we never see any payment or account details. There are no subscriptions. Since we hold nothing in your name, there is nothing to request or erase — uninstalling removes everything stored on the device. Questions: support@rahpoovas.com.
